The challenge
Third Space worked with us to improve their website UX and marketing performance. Together, we overhauled their website structure and created streamlined user journeys that make it easier for their visitors to achieve key actions on the site.
Our primary goals were to attract and covert new members, grow search engine visibility, upsell services including Personal Training and Spa Treatments, and to create frictionless user journeys for members.
To achieve this, we delivered a powerful new website with optimised user experiences and rapid code performance. We created and implemented an SEO strategy to maximise the visibility and reach of the website, and generate new member enquiries.

User Experience
Creating seamless cross-device user experiences was critical to representing ThirdSpace’s luxury offering and resonating with their target audience. Our team curated optimised user journeys with high quality experiences across mobile, tablet and desktop.
As part of this process, we overhauled the Find My Club experience, delivering a smooth and engaging experience that clearly presents key information, rates, and locations. Our team introduced a new interactive map that enables users to intuitively search. We introduced a new filtering experience and single screen browsing to remove friction and drive conversions.
Location strategy
Third Space were rapidly expanding during our engagement and had an ambitious schedule of new Club launches. To assist their growth and maximise the impact of new locations, we implemented a new ‘Find My Club’ search with a visual preview. The search enables users to browse clubs using a map search, search by specific facility, or search by location.
Each location is highly optimised for search engines to directly land users on their relevant location pages.
Digital strategy
We undertook a detailed market analysis, technical audit, keyword research, performance tracking and consultation process to help Third Space improve their digital footprint and improve their search engine visibility. Our team benchmarked Third Space’s existing marketing performance and conducted a gap analysis of where they currently rank vs their ranking potential.
Our team divided the keywords into distinct groups that could be targeted together on the website, selecting the keywords with the highest intent, search volume and relevance and allocating them to pages within the strategy. The key is to group keywords for the maximum output and to avoid keyword cannibalisation.
SEO results
The strategy triggered immediate SEO growth upon implementation on their existing website, then another period of accelerated growth upon the launch of the new website which was built and deeply optimised in line with the digital strategy.
