Role Overview
As Senior Project Manager, you will be the key point of contact for our larger projects and clients. You’ll be part of our high performing Project Management team that coordinates our designers, developers and the digital marketing experts to deliver website and app projects.
The role is fast paced and requires strong organisational and interpersonal skills to achieve excellent customer service and build relationships both internally and externally.
The projects will typically be the designing and development of a new WordPress website, so your role will be working with the Plug & Play team and the client to drive milestones to ensure the project is delivered on time, on budget and with high levels of client satisfaction.
This role would suit someone who has agency experience and is looking for a long term career within a proficient agency with a vibrant working culture.
Key responsibilities
- Planning: Defining the project’s schedule and key milestones
- Team coordinating and collaborating: Working with the internal team to provide best-in-class design and development solutions for our clients, as well as excellent customer service whilst thinking commercially
- Driving deliverables: Overseeing design, development and digital marketing deliverables for website and mobile app projects and liaising with clients to ensure their scope of work, specifications and expectations are met or exceeded
- Creative problem solving and streamlining: Working to identify creative solutions to improve and streamline current and future projects’ communication and delivery
- Client management and communication: Proactively managing clients and change requests
- Account management: Looking for opportunities to grow the relationship and account
Skills & Qualifications
- A minimum of 7 years experience working in an agency, consultancy, or other professional services firm where you’ve delivered projects for business clients
- Experience with WordPress would be an advantage, but isn’t essential
- Proven experience delivering large website projects with complex requirements
- Outstanding organisational skills
- Ability to multi task and prioritise
- Excellent communication
- Ability to build relationships internally and externally
- Ability to own a problem to its resolution, including providing solutions
- Commercially minded
- Takes pride in their work and strives to deliver the best
- Positive, proactive and can-do attitude
