Partner Program
The Partner Program has been designed for IT Companies, Design Agencies, Marketing Companies and Consultants to offer all of our web services to your clients.
The idea is quite simple, as a business that works with customers who have similar requirements you can offer all of our services knowing that we can work together to deliver the final product.
We don't drop the ball
With years and years of experience, and hundreds of web projects to our name, we've developed systems and processes to ensure that you get exactly what you want, when you need it. We understand that when you're outsourcing a project to a 3rd party, the last thing you want them to do is let your client down. The good news is that we've got a large design and development team who can handle pretty much anything you can throw at them, and it's our job to ensure that we don't drop the ball.
Your customers
Your customers are your customers, and we never forget it. Our long-term strategy is that we nurture our relationship, and bring more products and services to market for you to take to your customers.
To support this, our Partnership Agreement has legislated that we're not going to take your customers. From our side this works well, we have fewer relationships to maintain and manage through Partners than direct to customer, costing us less, enabling us to pass the savings on in decent margins.
White Label
Most of our Design Agency partners don't want their end customers to know that we're working with them, and that's fine by us. Also most design agencies supply the graphic design aspect to a project, and we have processes in place to ensure that this is in the correct format so you know what we need.
We can work on any aspect of a job, including just working on the design, or the front-end, or just the programming.
Partnered
For IT Companies it is usually better to tell your customers that you are 'Plug and Play Partners'. You're probably used to having partnership arrangements with suppliers, and your customers will be reassured that the design work is being completed by a creative agency.
Further benefits to this arrangement is that you can leverage our portfolio to help win work in the first place, and we can openly talk with your customer to ensure we give them what they want.
